Sideline Sisters Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you have purchased any of our products or attended a workshop, our hope is that you found it beneficial and a positive impact in your life.  If for some reason you have not, please let us know via email so that we can work to make it right.  With that said, our refund and cancellation policy is:
Cancellations for workshops:
     If you cancel your attendance at a workshop within 48 hours you will receive a full refund.
     If you cancel your attendance at a workshop within 24 hours you will receive a 50% refund.
     If Sideline Sisters has to cancel a workshop, all attendees can choose between a full cash refund or a credit towards a future workshop or product.
No-show for workshops:
     If you do not show for a workshop that you have purchased you will not receive a refund.  In the event there is no attendance at a workshop after 30 minutes from the start time, the workshop will close down.
Dissatisfaction of a product or workshop:
     If you are truly dissatisfied with a product or workshop please let us know via email.  We will be happy to give you full credit towards a future workshop or product purchase or a 50% payment refund.
